Hey there 👋 I'm Kailash Singh Bhati aka KSB, and I created UX Letter to help designers grow with clarity, confidence, and a little storytelling magic.
With over 15 years of experience in UX and product design, I’ve designed and delivered digital solutions for clients across a wide range of industries — including Media, Education, Restaurant, Sports, Utilities, Auction, Museum, Medical, Social Networking, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Gaming.
I’ve worked on diverse products, from increasing user retention in the restaurant industry with Punchh (PAR) — a leader in restaurant loyalty frameworks — to building modern digital experiences like AI-powered tools and social networking apps with Numrah, a rising tech innovator in the Middle East.
From global platforms like Dictionary.com and Moneycontrol, to cultural institutions like the City Palace Museum Udaipur, and cutting-edge startups, my work has always been grounded in the same mission:
Design that solves, engages, and connects.
That’s the philosophy behind UX Letter.
Every week, I share brand stories packed with UX lessons — whether it’s how Royal Enfield built loyalty, what Disney teaches us about immersion, or why Netflix feels so personalized. It’s like reading a short story and walking away with a UX superpower.
UX Letter gives you:
To make UX education more inclusive, I started the UX Letter YouTube Channel — where I break down complex UX and UI concepts in Hindi, so no one gets left out because of language.
On the channel, you’ll find:

I believe that great design is a blend of strategy, empathy, and storytelling. I’m also formally certified in Design Thinking (IIM Bengaluru) and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) — which shape my method of crafting experiences that are not only beautiful but truly usable.
Whether it's building a product from scratch, mentoring new designers, or crafting a vision for a digital future — I love turning complexity into clarity.
Let’s make UX simple, accessible, and deeply human — together.
